Eclbet Terms & Conditions — Platform Usage Rules
Please read this document carefully before using the eclbet platform. By registering or using our services, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms stated below.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and eclbet ("Platform", "We"). By accessing, registering for, or using any services provided by eclbet, you agree to comply with all Terms set out in this document.

Eclbet services are available to individuals aged 18 and above who are located in jurisdictions where participation in online gaming activities is permitted. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their participation complies with their local laws.
2. Account Creation & Security
Registration Requirements
- Each user is permitted to hold one account only.
- All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
- Eclbet reserves the right to request identity verification at any time.
- Accounts using false or duplicate information may be suspended or closed.
Password Security
- Users are responsible for keeping their account password confidential.
- Do not share your login credentials with anyone.
- Report to eclbet immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
- Eclbet is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access by third parties.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
Users agree to use the eclbet platform solely for personal and lawful entertainment purposes. Any attempt to defraud, manipulate the system, or exploit technical vulnerabilities is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and further action.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the eclbet platform:
- Using automation software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform.
- Creating multiple accounts to manipulate or exploit promotional offers.
- Engaging in any activity that violates Malaysian law or the laws of the user's jurisdiction.
- Spreading harmful or fraudulent content, or content that compromises the security of the platform or other users.

Eclbet reserves the right to take action, including suspending access or closing an account, if a user is found to have violated any of the above rules.
4. Payment Information & Transactions
Deposit
All deposits into your eclbet account are made in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Accepted deposit methods include local bank transfer, TNG eWallet, and other payment channels listed on the platform. The minimum deposit amount is as stated on the deposit page when logged in. eclbet does not bear any bank charges or third-party fees imposed by your payment provider.
Withdrawal
Withdrawals are processed subject to the minimum limits set, and processing times vary depending on your chosen payment method. eclbet reserves the right to request identity verification or supporting documents before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may only be made to the same account or method used for the original deposit, except in certain circumstances approved by management.
Bonus & Rollover Terms
All bonuses and promotions offered by eclbet are subject to the rollover requirements specified for each promotion. Users must fully meet the rollover requirements before any bonus funds are eligible for withdrawal. eclbet reserves the right to void bonuses and associated funds if there is evidence of promotional abuse.

Eclbet is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to financial losses due to technical disruptions, system errors, or game outcomes. All content, designs, logos, software, and materials on the eclbet platform are the property of eclbet and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users are not permitted to copy, modify, distribute, or exploit any eclbet content without prior written consent.
Third-Party Links
The eclbet platform may contain links or references to third-party services. eclbet is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. Use of third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk.
6. Account Policy, Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Account Suspension & Closure
Eclbet reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if the user is found to have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or upon request by the relevant authorities. Any balance remaining in an account that is suspended or closed due to a violation may be forfeited at eclbet's discretion.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the support team via email at [email protected]. Withdrawal of any remaining balance is subject to identity verification and the fulfilment of any outstanding requirements.
Changes to These Terms
Eclbet reserves the right to modify, add to, or amend any part of these Terms at any time. Notice of changes will be published on the platform and the effective date will be updated.
